Founder Jarius Cliett received his Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from The University of Alabama and his Master of Music in Voice Performance from Georgia State University, specializing in classical music. He has performed in a variety of musicals and operas with different theaters, and toured throughout the United States. Some theaters he has worked with include: Alliance Theatre, The Atlanta Opera, Opera Carolina, The Atlanta Lyric Theatre, and Glow Lyric Theatre. Some of his favorite performance credits include: Mac in the first national tour of NOËL: The Musical, Ton Ton Julian in Once on this Island, and Dick Wilkins (understudy) in A Christmas Carol. He is also a brother of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity.

Founder Lavern Smith graduated from Howard University with a degree in Business Management. She has worked with several Fortune 500 companies and prestigious consulting firms, including Deloitte Consulting, Capgemini, Kaiser Permanente, and Cardinal Health. Her industry experience encompasses federal health and defenses agencies and commercial media and telecom conglomerates. Her function expertise covers strategy development, project management, process improvement, training development and facilitation, and IT business transformation. In addition, Lavern is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. She currently serves as the President for her local sorority chapter.
Lavern has been a member of the artists community since she was a youth. She is a classically trained ballerina and still takes ballet classes today at TADA - The Atlanta Dance Academy. Although she is a dancer, Lavern has always been an advocate and supporter for all forms of performing arts, including musical theater and opera. She is passionate about ensuring youth have the support they need to turn their artist passion into a fulfilling lifelong career.
